The 11th Circuit Fed Appeals Court ruled this a poll tax (duh). The Governor (R) sued - that's what Rs do! Now - The Court has refused to Stay. Returning citizens can vote! Let's get 'em registered!

Florida Amendment 4 Restoration of Rights passed overwhelmingly in 2018. Keith Perry (R) campaigned for it in winning his state Senate seat - where he led the charge to hamstring it by imposing a requirement that all fines & fees be paid to Restore Rights
