End cards w/ external links is a feature available to YPP members today but we're working on building out separate eligibility criteria so channels below the threshold can still use it. Never thought about end cards , please allow them to be used by everyone they are very important

You can still add end cards to your videos, certain features like linking to external websites may not be available. More info here: https://goo.gl/mzTpGS . Hope this clarifies!
