Most forget that ACA was literally written by and for the insurance and healthcare industries. It was a conservative plan for max profits.

Because they didn't even bother to write a full bill- it didn't include payment mechanisms or anything. It was not a serious attempt.

It still passed the Senate, and was only put on hold by the Assembly until the problems are resolved.

It's intellectually dishonest to say that "it failed" without including the full details on why it has not yet passed.
