It does, because the 2016 application was for a CONTINUATION of surveillance started in 2013. It wasn't new. The FISA court NEVER approves warrants or continuation of surveillance without multiple pieces of evidence. Evidence which Nunes and the WH have not even bothered to read.

1st application re page was oct, months before Rosenstein became deputy AG, months after Russian investigation started & after Page left Trump campaign. In other words memo has nothing to do with Trump, Rosenstein, Mueller or the Russia investigation
