Clearly a leak by the "deep state" to disadvantage Trump. However, they said "medium to high confidence" in their conclusion. That merely asserts that it's a hunch. "Medium" gives them away.

The leak is problematic. Mattis said it best, American interests with Saudi and the murder are spearate issues. But you're not doing anyone favors by cateogrizing this as a "hunch." There is no smoking gun but the preponderance of evidence indicates this is more than "hunch"
