Their selective outrage is aimed at tearing down our history. The only common thread I’ve been able to find with all of the figures they’re trying to erase is they were all Christians.

Shouldn't the real question here be "Why did Christianity not just tolerate but justify the human slave trade for so many centuries?" Now that would be history worth learning.
