Trump nominated this guy to a federal judgeship. It came out that he’d blogged favorably about the KKK. He had to withdraw. So he went back to working at the Justice Department, where he was—wait for it—in charge of vetting judicial nominees.http://bit.ly/2MD2iBZ

Senate Republicans aren't even hiding the fact that they are only standing behind
@realDonaldTrump to pack the courts with conservative picks. Shameful.https://twitter.com/jbendery/status/1019282253875212288 …

Kind of like when the you decided that hearings for Merrick Garland weren't even necessary--no information, no hearings, you just knew enough, which was that the President was a Democrat, so you weren't going to let him exercise his Const'l powers.
-
How does it feel to just be so transparent about being a "low information" kind of person? In some circles, that would be looked down upon, but I guess when in the GOP in Congress, who needs information? You all serve Trump, power, and party. No info needed.

So you're prepared to rubber stamp him without proper vetting then, I guess? America sees what you are doing. Remember Merrick Garland and Sonia Sotomayor.
-
It was worse for Justice Kagan! GOP Senators sure have short memories!

You're absolutely correct.

She wants the same documentation the GOP required for Kagen’s vote. You are out of line and unprofessional.

I don't believe it's your place to tell anyone what they do or do not "need". As your constituent, I expect you to ask for Kavanaugh's full record and allow it to be vetted publicly. You work for the American people, sir.

How can YOUR mind be made up, Cotton, when you haven’t read Kavanaugh ‘s record? Oh, but you’re good at premature things.... like voting on a tax bill you didnt read and the House Intel “investigation” that didn’t supoena key people or documents.
