I would like to thank Rand Paul’s neighbor.
Now, Tom, put some kindness in your heart. Dear Rand has not quite been the same since he was savagely attacked by an enraged yard gnome in the now-famous Battle of Bowling Green.
What some may not know is Mr Paul later went to Canada to have some procedure performed due to his injuries. American hospitals are not good enough for him I guess.
