I'm looking at making some fairly significant updates to glMatrix! Goal is to offer lots of syntax improvements without breaking backwards compat via some weird JS tricks. Check out this issue to get a preview of what's in the works, feedback welcome:

I'll have to look at AssemblyScript again. I have performance concerns about this sort of library as a WASM module meant to be called from JS, but maybe AssemblyScript helps smooth those over?

I've been doing it for years with an extended float32array, but for the past year moving away from it and more into the functional gl-matrix kinda way. I find it funny as I'm moving away from OO Math objects, your moving toward it. heh
