      Many router power cycles later, #IPv6 again running on @Comcast. Strongly suspect it was network, not my router.

      It seems fixed now. It seemed that IPv6 was out for an hour, and IPv4 packets weren't getting replies. Multiple power cycles left it the same. Then everything was routed to the initialize/register pages, now it's back up.
