On de-moistening a phone: Don't blow (moist breath), be careful about compressed air (very cold, condensation). Maybe leave overnight in small Tupperware with sticks of chalk.

I was already against compressed air, I took a hair dryer on cool. After I get a full charge I am going to go in and clear the cache partition if that fails then a factory reset
