Just got off the line with @FrontierCorp, who told me there's nothing they can do about a constant stream of junk calls. Sure glad I have one of their competitors!

We wouldn't be able to stop people from calling you, the only thing that you can do is sign up for the do-not call list and ask the callers that they put you on their no call list. ^GKC
The number is on do-not-call, and as soon as you start to ask them to quit they either hang up or start cursing. Caller ID is always +1-317-559-0350.

If you look up the number it belongs to a medical supply company, I would recommend reaching to them because we wouldn't be able to stop a business from calling you. ^GKC

It rings 1 to 3 times then stops ringing. Hopefully I can get my parents moved off this terrible junk-call-plagued landline service soon. Alternatives are said to be expanding into the area.
