He's been deported twice. WHY is he even in the US, at all?
Maybe his family's here? Maybe he has a job? Maybe because stronger border controls don't actually prevent unlawful entry?

I'm not making excuses for the immense harm that's been caused, and I don't know him personally. I'm saying that blaming this incident on our immigration policy being too lax is misguided, and demonizing all immigrants based on one guy's actions is worse.
