    We have to bring the stewardship of our local papers back to the local community. Our print news outlets are directed by national entities that don’t have meaningful investment in Wichita.

    We can’t keep pretending like everything will be fine. Our world is changing. We have to invest in ourselves to change with it.

    Interesting data map from McKinsey Wichita is Americana. Sounds good. But it means no growth. Look at OKC, Des Moines, Tulsa, KC. It’s not about geography. It’s about mindset.
