  2. How much time do we waste looking for stuff? I know that I have lost hours, days, weeks, maybe even months trying to find things. Here are 2 solutions: 1) Have less stuff 2) Organise the stuff you do have. Regain your life!

    Someone asked me today if I had to live on 5 foods what would they be. I think it would be interesting to hear from others as well. Mine were pretty quick to decide on : Lamb, Shrimp, Sardines, Eggs & Avocado's & since it's not technically a food, Coffee is coming w/ me

    Don't be afraid of silence.. LET the mind & body settle. It doesn't matter if you have your eyes open, aware of whatever is in your presence. Or if you sit with eyes closed just listening gently, aware Time will appear to slow... a beautiful peace Don't get bored... go deeper
