Somaliland is pushing for re recognition, not to be reintegrated into unstable Somalia . You must be aware of that by now .

If the status of Somaliland isn't discussed then it leaves potential conflict very likely as Somali claims the land as part of the nation

This would be exacerbated by the fact Somaliland is not recognised, as you state, meaning they could receive little support from the UN

Somalia does not have nor capable of having an authority over Somaliland and its population. The only option left for somalia 1/2
