If you’re going to play DOOM VFR, immediately turn on the ability to move yourself + the camera normally with the analog sticks. I’m not sure why they’re off as default, because being able to walk normally combined with aiming with your head + teleporting feels awesome.

Right, reckon we’ve hit every possible thread in #Bandersnatch now. If you want to see every bit of content, I’d say it’s doable in roughly 3 hours if you’re reverting back to previous decisions instead of starting over each time.

For the record, my opinion is that yes, Bandersnatch can be considered a video game, much like any FMV title from the past or a Telltale title.

This isn't a doom-and-gloom thread, by the way! Industrial revolutions are normal. They're progressive. They're positive! The future is gonna be awesome. It's just that, per usual, we aren't properly preparing for it.

Typical of governments to not act until it's too late because we elect out-of-touch politicians. Robots making human jobs redundant isn't some kooky sci-fi fantasy. It's a cultural revolution that's happening literally right now. We need to think about how to deal with this.

We really do live in the most unfortunate time. In the future, humans won't have to work and will live for discovery & leisure. We exist right at the start of that revolution. We'll never get to experience that luxury, and instead have to deal with the initial consequences. Yay.

More importantly than the loss of chains and physical media is that the service industry is dying. We are in the midst of thousands, tens of thousands, and millions of jobs going down the pan. Our governments have absolutely no plan of action to deal with this.

The high street is dying. We lost Toys R Us, Maplin, and Poundworld in 2018. We'll lose even more chains in 2019.
