Yes AR-15s are in use by civilians. But in my experience it is small men who live in fear. That don’t have a sense of self or an inner strength so they ordered a big gun. To make up for a small one. But yes, civilians one them.

The utility of an AR-15 is exclusively against people bent on your harm with weapons similar to an AR-15. If you believe the world is against you, or the government, or your neighbor, or really anyone... that's why you build yourself up against fear, with fearsome weapons. #sad
