I think my news addiction is making me less happy. Former news addicts who cut it: 1. How did you do it? 2. What was the impact? 3. How difficult was it?

1. I cut my topics, which reduced my news time. Ridding myself of global and political news was the healthiest choice. I almost only read business news these days. 2. Depression reduced markedly, and energy improved. 3. Tough, but once the benefit began to show, it became easy.
