Am I reading correctly that this company has no debt and $23/sh in cash?

Seems to me
$AGX should pay a $12/sh special dividend, classified as return-of-capital to avoid taxation. This would re-price the stock into the low-$20s, bumping their regular dividend above a 4% rate and creating demand for their stock.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
A big dividend would generate interest. Management is a Michael Jordan though. 7.5% ownership. Long-term focused. Cash and no debt seems to be part of their model, and will likely help generate large future returns for the business or provide wiggle. They can keep the $12 IMO
