This confuses those who view
#TrumpRussia via a#ColdWar lens. Russia mastered what we've toyed with: an anti-democratic, anti-law, anti-civil society, corrupt hive of uber-rich oligarchs (or wanna be's), who use mass far right propaganda and employ shell companies and corruption -
These autocratically inclined oligarchs, are actually (mostly) post-nation state. Investment in their country is the last thing on their minds. They have mastered offshore tax avoidance. Gaming the system via big power with a post-truth ethos is the name of the game.
