He's trying to make a distinction between mail-in and absentee. It's a distinction without a difference.

I absolutely believe this is true. This has to be the way we answer his lies about mail in voting. I've been voting by mail for over 10 years. There's no difference between mail in or absentee.
We use paper ballots in Canada. I worked as a poll clerk one year-multiple counts, sealed and tracked boxes once the count is verified. It would be very difficult to tamper with them.
