Every day, I walk for 3 to 4 hrs around DC's most elite, Dem ward with my billboard (which says "If you're not shouting out about Trump's authoritarian takeover, you're enabling it"): a man said to me that he is a lifelong Democrat, but that Trump "isn't that bad". Staggering.

On Tyranny and The Road to Unfreedom are among the most important books I've read since 2017. I gave copies of On Tyranny to a few friends in the public sector. Who knows if they read them.
