If the Republucans truly cared about fair elections (they don't) and truly believed voter fraud was a huge issue (it isn't) then they would look at the 27 states who have had partial or wholly mail-in voting for many decades to learn how to do it right (they won't) and

they would agree to independent monitoring of all election sites & offices to protect the process whether mail in or in person (they never have & never will). They would also, if they weren't always undermining election fairness, pay attention to the cyber threats (they havent)
