80 year sentence? That's insane, just on its face. Then throw in a great deal of suppressed evidence, but prosecutors still fight on.

the 2010 decision was so regrettable in that the NCSC allowed the vote to stall for months until one justice retired. The incoming justice was then allowed to refrain from voting, so the "tie" of 3-3-1 went to the state and not to Ronnie.
