Its frustrating they didn’t include open enrollment in the stimulus bill.

Medicaid does not have this requirement. As for ACA marketplace and adding a newly unemployed spouse or a dependent to job-based, unemployment meets the requirement. Additional $ to the hospitals is important because there will be a lot of unreimbursed care.

There are only about a million MDs in the US. If they all passed“the test” each could be paid half a mill so they could give quality time to fewer patients and actually make a diff rather than just turn into scribners for the pharmaceutical companies and the bullshit offered
