Congratulations. That was a magnificent and moving speech. A realistic but hopeful message for Europe is badly needed. Thank you. I hope that we in the UK can wake up to the danger of believing our myths before it's too late.

I’ve read the Road to Unfreedom and Bloodlands, and soon I will read Black Earth. Your works are profound and hopeful, and I hope gets a wide and wider audience. I especially appreciated the link between climate denial, dehumanization and carbon corporations.

I have just watched this, riveted. Very poignant for a Briton, going through our crisis, so many still clinging to the myth. More of us are realising the power and promise of what we may lose. Thank you.
