Unfortunately, it's more realistic than 1. or 2. Legally, the window for 2. is passed & 1. is more harmful than 3. Legally, it's a possible risk that the time for 3. has also passed

Totalmente de acuerdo. Salir sin acuerdo es una irresponsabilidad gravísima; salir con acuerdo es lo ideal pero lo cuasi-imposible; quedarse es un error, pero pudiera aprovecharse y sacar así un acuerdo que les beneficie, en lo más posible.
