What is "political correctness"? I never understood what exactly that is. Looks to me like some people just want to be rude with no consequences.

You’re 100% right. People want to be assholes without other people thinking they’re assholes. That social judgement of people who say and do offensive things is equated with hate speech seems to be a huge problem.

I know I am a member of the dangerous “mob” but I have always viewed “political correctness “ and civility! When someone says, “I know this isn’t politically correct” they then say something hateful or nasty!

What is the definition of "a problem?" My guess would be that Asians, AAs, and Latinx are saying that not enough White people are culturally aware, and don't really care to learn about others.
