This was the prevailing view on MSNBC yesterday. And pretty much every non-MAGA Republican staffer in DC supports this at some level. I see it on both sides

I agree, but I'm equally concerned with the ELECTED GOP bureaucrats in control of congress who are acting like Politburo, just as long as they can prop POTUS up at rally podiums and photo ops. Like the movie Dave but w/o impersonator.

It makes you wonder if this would all have been over by now if they'd have let him go through with all the horrible things they weren't able to stop him from doing through ethical means. Yeah, some really bad sh*t would have happened, but maybe Congress wld have HAD to intervene.

I mean, there are LEGAL and ETHICAL ways to rectify situations like what they're secretly taking upon themselves to do. And if those avenues aren't working, that's when you go to the press. I don't know. I go back and forth but it scares me that there's no transparency.

I would be fine with him/her remaining in the White House if his goal was to collect and leak as much information as possible to bring this presidency to a swift end. Instead, (s)he’s trying to keep the trains running to push the conservative agenda of an illegitimate president.
