that number held back has been 20-30% of the total received, skewing the numbers. Regardless, they stopped doing that for all bookings made after March 8, and the held-back doses will all be delivered by April 2

The very good news is that public opinion surveys show that over 75% of people are wanting to get vaccinated. Officials think that around 70% of adults will get their first dose by around mid-May. The goal is 90%.
