    Oh yes there are apparently 6 helicopters working on it...and apparently have have installed sprinkler systems (!) to protect some especially rare vegetation. Will be hard to set up serious containment lines, though.

    fire update: is doing an awesome job of updating maps of this unfolding tragedy for us. This map shows the fire has indeed reached wilderness jewel Lake Rhona, and crossed Gordon River into tall forests.
