We need politicians like Nigel in parliament,people we can trust

Find it quite unsettling when followers of certain politicians refer to them by their 1st names. Eg, Jeremy, Nigel

I know what you mean, but first names somehow are acceptable dependent on the warmth they generate. I can honestly say Nigel is Nigel.
