None that I know off. I can’t actually name anything non-malicious that used NTFS streams outside of an in-house tool that I once wrote. It kinda made sense at the time and / or I was young and needed the money.

The toolchain for one of the console can create ISO using Sparse Files, which is convenient to save time+space when your game only take a portion of the Blu-Ray but uses inner/outer padding. Of course, as soon as you ZIP/FTP the file you lose that property.
