Yep. An expression that appears in the signature of a function template is part of the "immediate context" for SFINAE purposes.

So, you give template arguments, then the compiler checks whether those expressions _would be_ well-formed; if not, then the template is not a candidate for purposes of overload resolution (and if the program was well-formed up to this point, then it's still well-formed).
