Wow! Wondering if it’s a monitor display panel with 3x RGB per pixel, or a repurposed TV with something less than that (like the earlier 43-48 inch “monitors” other vendors were selling last year.)

These are advertised as monitors, so I would expect a proper 4:4:4 monitor experience

4:4:4 is just the data being fed to monitor. Curious what the actual image quality and color reproduction is like.

Also note that previous 4K TV-sized monitors I’ve seen had less than 4K*3 color elements. They use some weird tiling pattern with 1 green per pixel but shared blue and red. May be fine for TV, but it sucked for professional monitor use.
