C++17 modules + eliminate redundent compilation of .h - don't improve privacy/modularity - don't solve the fragile base class problem

Haskell is still generics (type check at declaration), not templates (typecheck after expansion). It’s just very fancy generics :)

The Haskell approach is ideal because it ensures well-typing. C++ concepts are a step in this direction.
