C++17 modules + eliminate redundent compilation of .h - don't improve privacy/modularity - don't solve the fragile base class problem

Haskell typeclasses are the only thing that is comparable in expressive power to C++ templates, e.g. a Turing-complete type system.

Haskell is still generics (type check at declaration), not templates (typecheck after expansion). It’s just very fancy generics :)
