Answer: Doesn't support virtual functions, so you're effectively trapped in vectorland and can't escape, not even at 1/16th performance.

But yeah. That seems... odd. You'd think that, if they could support device-side enqueue, there'd be a way to hack-in virtual functions.

Agreed: loop over the 16 functions and call them in sequence. I suspect these GPU execution engines are weaker than acknowledged.
