It's the new consumer direction for ALL Windows. Hence the "upgradability", which only makes sense on x86.

tbh it's like saying ChromeOS is going to crush Steam. Windows Cloud is going to be a ChromeOS competitor.

And ChromeOS is a PC competitor. I don't buy this Microsoft talking point garbage that these devices are magically not computers.
