Not aware of one but I would try this:send a short random string, request to add it to the file & get the resulting hash 1/2

back, you send out different random strings for each client so only clients with the correct file can generate the new hash

If the party you are verifying to also has the file (or claims to) you could exchange salt values w/ resulting hash

Insert "Ha ha sucker! I have your file!" in middle of file. Hash it. Tell person what you did, and what new hash was.
