There is 100% full UE4 Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Linux source on GitHub so you can rebuild all binaries.

A basic port to a new platform could be done in a few thousand lines of code assuming OpenGL or Vulkan.

I lost count, but Unity supports about 30 now. Only possible with heavy test automation.
