Epic v. Apple resumes in 10 minutes. Epic is trying to overturn portions of the September 2021 ruling that sided largely with Apple, while Apple wants to avoid having to comply with an order allowing app makers to communicate more directly w/ customers. youtube.com/watch?v=NGLm3k

If fortnite does come back on ios, the players deserve to get the previous battle passes they missed.

Tim, is there no way to bring Fortnite back to Mac? I've seen and been able to download apps that don't necessarily require a developer signature on my computer and I don't think it's that hard

Are you also pursuing it in other jurisdictions? What Apple does is clearly illegal in the EU but somehow they get away with it. It's illegal in Japan and yet they not only get away with it but managed to take over the mobile phone *and* laptop market recently. 🤯
