The organized version of my dumb thoughts is just... the best material for self starters is already out there for free as you say, and self-starters are gonna self start, and then I wonder what even happens to the rest of the American education market once the mask is off?

there should be a fund or patreon-like service where world-class teachers can get paid so they can record their classes and upload them for free in YouTube or similar
