I would agree with you that PS5 (and for that matter, likely Xbox Series X) are doing things that a multi-purpose PC simply can't do (lack of efficiencies, etc) so the OP is further invalidated, IMO
The intent of my tweet was to point out that nobody has had a PCIe 4.0 SSD for "five years" - PCIe 4.0 has been available for purchase for > a year. OP's statement is factually inaccurate, although this is par for the course ever since they converted into a content theft account.
