Fortnite. To be clear. That's the juggernaut. That and UE licensing (I'm not sure how big a cash cow it is but my guess is pretty significant). That means you're eating the keys as a big loss leader (you're on Amazon grade margins as it is for the store).

What would interest me is would the EGS survive were it not being propped up by your revenues from Fortnite and UE licensing. I'm going to take a very wild, uneducated guess and say "No"

In 2011 Netflix was paying less than 1cent per 1gb of transfer, No doubt Epic/Steam are paying even less than that now.

Except Netflix's model is to some extent primarily predicated on bandwidth. Steam/Epic's model - less so. Theirs is more about *sales*. Either sales of cosmetics (Fortnite) or sales of Games (EGS/Steam) or royalties (UE/Source Engine)

Well now I am seeing Hobbes on Steam, which I am sure is Rick Huddy, stating that Steam and Epic have to pay sales tax on key activations from third party. The amount of dishonesty from people who hate Epic knows no bounds.

Here for reference to the ridiculous claim.https://steamcommunity.com/app/427940/discussions/0/2257935082542627689/?ctp=17#c3435626645083181494 …
