Fortnite supported cross-platform play on PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android months before the Epic Games Store launched...

My idea: fund NEW games / studios instead of buying rights to already (almost) finished projects (leaving Steam for EGS). People have NO issues (!) with exclusives that wouldn't otherwise exist and platform owner's own games (Fortnite on EGS, Half-Life on Steam, Uncharted on PS4)

People would absolutely LOVE EGS' exclusives with quality of Sony's story driven titles like The Last of us or God of War. These kind of games are considered too risky on PC by most companies and with too low ROI, so they don't bother. Epic has the opportunity to change that!

What is missing is an interface that players can use to to buy games from any legit store offering a game. You previously spoke about the Metaverse, build the “metaverse” for games then! Game distributers are just building walled gardens; Steam is the biggest.

It's fascinating how you talk about a multi-store world yet hog exclusives to only appear on your store. At this point I gave up on any of your lines making sense. oh btw have fun paying 30% to Google for Fortnite, you bent your back to them and kept the excuse of tHeY'LL iMprOvE

Not to mention that laughable keynote at GDC, you advice against making profit from loot-boxes while you profit from an unhealthy environment prioritizing social status among Fortnite skin owners, by way of shunning default skins. Cliff went down, you are next...

The only thing that you could possibly do is to stop doing exclusives.
