And when there is no honest competitor trying to compete with them on merit and only charging that 15%, Steam is the best cut you can get for what it offers. Nobody would object to a genuine competitor competing on features and letting the market decide. But no alternative does!

I was accused of being a Valve employee during the early days of Steam and there was great amount of vocal hate towards Steam. What can I say? I'm passionate about gaming and want what's best for it.
