A Steam key seller probably wouldn’t be allowed to do those things and, more generally, Steam doesn’t guarantee developers can receive keys. Under their key terms, Valve can choose to deny them for any reason.

Yes, I suspect if I made a game and primarily had people send me money in exchange for Steam keys so I could bypass Valve's cut, they would consider that to be abuse of their keys policy in their documentation. I could see Epic offering (30-12)% discounts after they are bigger.

It was during MegaSale that some publishers chose to withdraw their games from the store, right? Other than that, it was great. But yet again, these are special offers, and I'm pretty sure the same price is required only for base price.

It's funny that you mention no better price deal for customers, which is essential of Epic Game Store. Your sales with pure loss coupons is promotion not sustainable business model. I don't see any problem with rule that don't allow abusing distribution channel services for free.

Steam's been a pretty good deal to me over the years. Dude, just stop buying exclusives and we will stop hating you. Give out free games. That's all you need to do to get support. As it is, I will never buy an exclusive from you. I will wait or play other ways if I want them.
