Till we have automated self-service for developers, we are choosing the highest priority release opportunities. We prioritize exclusives, free game releases, and the most notable indie and triple-A titles. Some games that make sense as exclusives didn’t make sense otherwise.

Huh, I didn’t know this was available. Nicely done. :)

All these sites mentioned still take a cut for themselves so the dev STILL doesn't get 100% of the revenue. Whereas if they can generate the keys and set up buying UIs on their websites with those (some did this) (not trying to nitpick, just my feelings on this)

I did say you supported it in a prior tweet was just mentioning it’s support for other launchers too but the fact it tends to be keys that are used instead in the case of most other launchers despite having the support.
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

Will you at some point allow indie developers to release their games on Steam and EGS if they don't agree to exclusivity?

That is what the "open the store more widely" is about. Most likely will still see contractual exclusives still being made, but should also see multi-plat and probably non contractual exclusives coming to the store as well.
